埃博霉素(epothilone)是一类大环内酯类化合物，由德国国家生物技术中心(GBF)的G. Höfle等人于1993年首次报道。从粘细菌亚目的纤维堆囊菌菌株发酵液中可以分离埃博霉素，其主要组分为Epothilone A和B。
